For Meddler

Hi, Meddler! I made this champion concept, and didn't really hear any feed back on it, so i thought, Hey, why not give this a shot? Anyways, I kind of wanted to hear your thoughts (Or anyone's, actually) on my champion idea, I made it a few months ago, I even drew his weapon, though I'm thinking of putting some ominous letters from a different language on it instead of some ordinary lines. (I googled Chinese for the sentence 'To enter the Dark Room' and i really like how it looks :D) So, without further a do, feel free to be harsh, if necessary.
