Dear Riot Please Add A DoppelGanger Champion

The champion would only have one ability but that ability would copy an enemies skills and current skill level (will not work if enemy is a higher level then you) also you will take the shape of the targeted enem champion but you will not look 100% the same you would be a blackend version of the target champion (pretty much like the pictures below from Devil May Cry 3)
