Fiddlesticks Rework

Why does Fiddlesticks need a Rework? Currently Fiddlesticks does only really well as a jungler due to his massive sustain from his W-"Drain". You can play him as a support or midlaner too, but he lacks in reliable damage without his ultimate and his close range CC does not come in handy with his squishyness. Futhermore his kit and his lore and appeareance are all totally out of touch. He should be a scary sneaky scarecrow which rips off its opponents with its scythe and not a totem of damage incapable of winning trades against anybody with CC. Both his playstyle and visuals are outdated, just look at his poor Q,W and R animation, which are btw all the same, farming with his auto attacks is horrible. Trying to kill someone with his W is frustrating since they just run away while u have to stand still to drain. His R is the only ability which fits him as a scarecrow even if he does not use his scythe. So i came up with an idea of a rework for Fiddlesticks so he can finally be played as jungler or laner:

Abilities: (best to read:P/W/Q/E/R) Numbers are tentative!

P-Passive: "Dread" After being in brush out of combat for 2 seconds, Fiddlesticks gains 40% bonus movement speed which last for 3 seconds after leaving the brush or entering combat. Hard crowd controll cancels the speed buff. While Fiddlesticks has the speed buff active he also causes enemies near him to flee for 1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds, slowing them by 33%. (lvl. 1/6/11/16)

  • Fear range:500
  • Cooldown:10 seconds (static) _** Q-Toggle on/off: "Soul combustion"/"Terrify" Off: Fiddlesticks burns a soulfragment in his lantern every 18/16/14/12/10(affected by cdr) seconds to add a crow to his crowswarm. Each crow grants Fiddlesticks 4 bonus maximum mana and enhances his E- Dark Wind and R- Crowstorm

On: Fiddlesticks abilities consume soulfragments per target hit to deal 6/7/8/9/10% bonus magic damage and fear enemies for 1 second, slowing them by 33% (fear has a 7 seconds static target cooldown).

  • Cooldown: 3 seconds

  • Mana cost per second (On):20/30/40/50/60 ~Note: Infite mana/damage scaling through crows. This Fiddlesticks is very Mana hungry and his wind up isnt as effective as e.g. Veigar or Nasus since bonus crows take time to stack(crows stacks can be seen by clicking on Fiddlesticks) ; stacking can be stopped by fighting Fiddle, forcing him to toggle his Q on so he cant summon crows _** W-Active:"Drainig Strike" Fiddlesticks strikes an area in form of an arc with his scythe dealing magic damage. If he hits a unit he tethers himself to the target for 5 seconds dealing them magic damage per second(stacking up to 3 times).Hiting them again refreshes the duration of the tether. Fiddlesticks can freely move while tethering or casting but is slowed a bit while casting. Both the strike with his scythe and the tether heal Fiddlesticks Draining units causes them to loose part of their souls, which Fiddlesticks gains as soulfragments(max 1 per small minion/monster; 3 per large minion/monster; 3 per enemy champion per 10 seconds)

  • Cooldown: 4 seconds

  • Range: 650(cast)/700(tether)

  • Cost: 20/35/50/65/80 mana

  • Magic damage: 60/70/80/90/100 (+40% AP) ; 12/14/16/18/20(+8%AP)(tether max:3)

  • Heal: (60/65/70/75/80%)÷Targets hit/affected ~Note: imagine a Thresh E sideways in form of an arc without the knockback and a bit slimer _** E-Active:"Dark Wind" Fiddlesticks summons a crowswarm at his current location dealing damage over time while charging up and draining mana. Its range, damage and silence duration increase for each seconds charging, stoping to charge after 3 seconds. Upon recast the crows launch themselves into a targeted direction, dealing magic damage to enemies they pass through and silencing them. If Fiddlesticks is hit by the crowswarm he will be pulled by it, flying with the crows into the targeted direction until it stops or he enters a command.(OP?)

  • Cooldown: 22/19/16/13/10 seconds after casting

  • Cost: 80 mana+ 16 per second +2 per additional second

  • DoT Magic damage: 10/20/30/40/50 (+10% AP)(+1 per 3 crows)

  • Magic damage: 55/80/105/130/155(+30% AP)(1 per crow)

  • +Bonus magic damage per second charged(max 3): 10/20/30/40/50(+ 10%AP)(+1 per 2 crows)

  • Range: 200(DoT) ; 700-1800(launch) ; 130(launch width) Note: when summoning, Fiddle rams his scythe into the ground (cast time>0.5 sec) ; The crowswarm can last longer than 3 seconds, but it stops charging _** R-Active:"Crowstorm" After channeling for 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks blinks to the target location becoming untargetable and invisible for up to another 1.5 seconds, but is only able to move. While invisible Fiddlesticks has a static movement speed of 300 and his location is indicated by crows flying around him. After the duration or a recast, Fiddlesticks becomes visible and targetable again with a murder of crows flying widely around him for 5 seconds dealing magic damage to enemies around him.

  • Cooldown: 150/140/130 seconds

  • Cost: 100/125/150 mana

  • Range:800(cast) ; 600(crowstorm)

  • Magic damage per second:100/175/250(+40% AP)(+1 per crow)

  • Total magic damage: 500/875/1250(+200% AP)(+5 per crow) ~Note: Basically the same with less damage but the option to reposition it slightly ; Don´t forget the possible AoE fear with bonus damage by the Q _** pls comment your suggestions and critism below :D

I would like to see fiddle move during his drain.
