Clyde, The Full Metal Matron (Champion Concept)
EDIT AS OF 11/19/2016: If you're reading this now, this champ was submitted hella long ago. There's a couple problems with her and I'm actually planning on reworking her and resubmitting her at a later date. For now, just uh, yeah. Enjoy lookin' at this, I guess.
She's an older woman (mid-60s). Wears a giant suit of power armor (think Terminator armor from Warhammer 40k, but also Lennox's armor from EVOLVE). I was thinking she'd be almost as tall as Nautilus, almost as wide as Sion. Her face is visible when out of combat. when she attacks/uses an ability/is attacked, a visor deploys.
Something along these lines here for the armor. Obviously, the art isn't mine. Larger fists, more of a helmet than the full shielding that the picture shows and sort of tesla coils on her back.
**PASSIVE **- The EXO-02 - Uses ELECTRICITY as resource. starts at 100 electricity, abilities consume electricity. if she doesn’t use her abilities for 3 seconds, she recharges electricity.
Q] Jaws of Steel - Extends her arms and brings them together, hitting in a cone. Enemies hit on the edges of the cone are brought to the center, directly in front of Clyde. Damage: 65/105/145/160/170 physical damage Cooldown: 14/12.5/10/9.5/8 Range: 625 Consumes 25 Electricity
W] Leaping Shockwave - Clyde uses the servos in her armor to leap forward, slamming her fists down in front of her sending out a shockwave in a line, stops if it hits a champ and slows all targets hit. directly hitting with Clyde’s model deals attack damage, while the shockwave deals magic damage. only one of these can hit the same target. both hits slow, but can't stack. can be used to leap over walls. Jump Damage: 65/85/110/140/170 physical damage + 15% max health Wave Damage: 70/90/110/135/165 magic damage +10% missing health (I don’t actually know whether or not that’s balanced, i kinda just thought it was interesting to have that damage contrast and force the player to pay attention to what they’re hitting their targets with) Jump Distance: 400 Wave Distance: 350 Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 Consumes 25 Electricity
E] Generator Assault- passive/active Passive - Gains movement speed when she casts an ability. Has a 9/8/7/6/5 second cooldown. ** Active** - Clyde revs up her suit, empowering her next four attacks. increases attack speed, each hit generates 10 electricity. if all 4 autos hit the same enemy, that enemy is knocked into the air on the last hit. Movement Speed: 30/35/40/45/50% Movement Speed boost, decays over 1.5 seconds. Cooldown: 14/12/10/8.5/7 Consumes 0 Electricity
R] Electrical Expulsion - discharges electricity in 4 waves in 1.5 second intervals, each wave takes up 25 electricity. she can move while doing this. can cancel by activating again. she keeps however much electricity she has left. If she has less than 25 electricity before the next wave, her ult deactivates on its own. There is a 1.5 second delay before the first wave. Note that this isn't a channel, but still a telegraph as you can see her back-mounted generator preparing to fire the first wave. Damage: 85/125/160 magic damage per wave + (75% AD)(55% AP) Range: 750 Cooldown: 150/125/100 Consumes 25 Electricity per wave
LORE -
“Zaunite, Noxian, Demacian, Piltover… ian? Whatever they are, if they get in my way, I’ll crush them all.”
Age is no factor for Clyde, the Full Metal Matron. As a young woman, she was a prodigal inventor, focusing on machinery to help ease laborers all across the continent, from the miner to the dock worker. At the height of her inventing career, however, she was sabotaged. In the middle of a demonstration of her EXO-01 Powered Armor, the suit malfunctioned, and she was crippled. Afterwards, Clyde disappeared from the forefront of technological progress for forty years. Her accomplishments faded into memory and her technology was innovated upon, to the point that her influence on the city of Piltover nearly disappeared.
The next time she was seen was inside a suit of armor even larger than the EXO-01. A juggernaut of steel and electricity by all accounts. Reports came from Zaun that she had smashed her way through an inventor’s lab and destroyed everything in her path, surrounded by pulses of electricity and sparks. The lab was decimated, everything inside either crushed or burned by electricity and the inventor himself, dead. Reports now come from all over the continent of a metal machine piloted by an elderly woman, crushing any who attempt to apprehend her regardless of their allegiance.
Despite her habit of wreaking havoc, there is a human under the steel skin of her armor. Her inability to walk on her own, without the assistance of her suit, is a sore point for her and her weakness is compensated by raw power. Her vengeance has been fulfilled, but now she wanders aimlessly on Valoran, seeking ever greater fights and parts to repair the EXO-02. She knows her time is limited, so she seeks a purpose, for both herself and her machine. Clyde strides ever forward, seeking this purpose, bound in a prison of her own creation. It isn't all bad, though. She's made a few friends and allies on her journey, and each step brings her closer to, well, anything.

,
, Etc.) use their passives to determine their special resource.
does, but his is generated specially and he gains certain effects for 1 ability based on how high his Rage is. So instead, I suggest you turn the Electricity into an energy-like resource or have special effects happen based on its level. Something like that. If you don't want to that's fine, but having a passive that does something other than that would be better kit-wise.
