Item buffs/nerfs

I, to be honest, am not that very good at the game but every time I play ranked, normals, urf, etc. I find myself being destroyed by tanks and mages. I just think why not just make a couple items that only ranged champions can use for more MR and Arm Pen. Now like I said I'm not that good and I main adc (surprised ay?) I just find it super hard to even be present in a game when the frontline on my team lets a tank destroy me from behind and they cant do anything about it. Mages really aren't that annoying cause I'm usually back behind my team just sitting there, but tanks destroy me and I find it dumb because the Lord Dom helps but when you have a full AD team (happens alot in silver 1 for me >.>) they just stack hella arm and I get rekt.

***Edit: Not trying to diss anyone or anything, I am just looking for opinions tbh not hate comments.
