Chroma packs in ranked?

Okay, so I decided to play a ranked game was really excited about the new pick and ban and so on, well I realized in the game after I had picked my ADC (Vayne) the chroma pack was not showing up for me when I chose dragon slayer, I honestly don't know if it's a glitch or if they aren't enabled in ranked or something like that but it was saddening to me :(

Hiya Forsaken Rage,

This is one of a few known issues with the new Champion Select. At the moment, you aren't able to select ward skins or chroma packs. We're actively working to resolve the issue.
