[Champion Concept] Rocknor, the Mountain Giant
The unique design aspect of this champion is that he moves very slow with 100 base movementspeed. To compensate, he also starts with 2000 health at lvl 1. This champion does not use mana or any form of resource.
Passive: Rock Solid Does not benefit from movement speed items including boots. Starts the game with 35% tenacity
Q: Rock Punch 100/150/200/250/300 damage (+100% bonus AD) 2 second stun 6 second cooldown 1 second telegraphed animation delay. Short ranged AOE.
W: Toss Tinys toss from DOTA, except can target anywhere for the landing location. Can toss allys, minions, or enemys. Prioritizes enemy champions when multiple possible targets are present Damage to tossed target: 100/150/200/250/300 (+100% bonus AD) AOE damage around landing location (Tossed target is not effected by this damage): 75/125/175/225/275 (+75% bonus AD) Cooldown 8 seconds Long range, 1 full screen.
E: Boulder Shield Passive: Reduces basic attack damage by 10/15/20/25/30 Active: Gives 100/150/200/250/300 (+10% your max HP) shield for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 14
R: Body Slam When you use toss, this ability lights up and becomes usable while the target is midair. When you use, Rocknor does a swan dive body slam at the toss landing location damaging and stunning everything in AOE. Damage to tossed target: 400/500/600 (+10% your max HP) Stun duration to tossed target: 3 seconds. AOE damage around tossed target (Does not effect tossed target): 250/350/450 (+10% your max HP) AOE stun around tossed target (Does not effect tossed target): 2 seconds. Cooldown: 120
Top lane or midlane are possible. Since toplane is an island and midlane can farm safe close to tower.
