Or you could just...you know...get a side job....get a prepaid visa...and get it yourself....
Well with the Hextech crafting you could technically never spend a dime on league ever now. You could just be patient and collect boxes and keys and just see what you get. Plus you can buy champions with IP so you don't have to buy them with RP.
