Cant open lol launcher

When i open my computer to start the lol launcher it dosent come out and i tried to uninstall but it still cant.Also sometimes when i start playing a game sometimes it just went invisible and sometimes when i open lol launche and to log in the log in thing just dosent appear.

If that doesn't work try laucnhing the LoLPatcher in C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\releases\0.0.0.50\deploy
