How about a real bard? New Bard like champ?

Hello I was thinking why doesn't league have a bard like champion. I mean we have Sona but she does not speak let alone sing, this may be hours of playing The Bards tale but having a champ that can solo lane and support team with stat boosting songs seems like a good idea. Maybe he or she could use a sword for melee combat but pull out a lute or other instruments for supporting the team such as boosted health regen or dmg but not flat healing and only for a short period, but it would work as a aoe, like how Siver ult. The character himself I would picture to be charismatic but not too flirty, as an example: Female Champ greeting: "this place is full of lovely sights" or " you look like you'd hold a nice conversation " as for males it would be like: "Bet you could crush a mountain if you tried" or "looks like I dont need to worry with you around". I would picture him or her as a traveler constantly writing poems or songs about his travels and people he met along the way, like if he met Ornn he would sing a freljordian song about him due to his knowledge of stories and legends as well as music. As for his or her ambitions I would think they just want to travel and make music to make those around them happy as music can help those in a dark place not so into money of fame but just as a hobby. Backstory I was thinking either Noxus or bilgwater due to the living environment it could traumatize a child depending on social status, being poor alone maybe music helped them to think maybe the world ain't so bad just enough to keep them going. That's really all I have for an idea for this Bard like champion kinda would just like somone who's plainly nice and holds no grudges but from a bad background to show people can be who they want. After some thinking I figured out a way to have the music work without having him be too much if a "Melee Sona" the music aoe would have to be channeled so he would not be able to attack but can still move around as to keep up with teammates make it last about 5 seconds or so he would also need some sort of gap closer I'm thinking of somthing basic like talons q but with a slight slow as for other abilities the w I would have be the aoe buff but he should be able to switch weather he wants dmg or regen like if he qs then uses w he will get the dmg buff but If he es he will get the regen, regen leaves him unable to attack dmg allows him to attack but the more he attacks it will decrease the buff duration. The passive would be like a rythem of strikes after a certain amount he will get a short burst of regen and speed or dmg and speed influenced q for dmg e for regen The e would be a shield that scales off of dmg and extra hp however it does half as well for himself than it does for allies. The ultimate is the major problem should it be a supporting shanty or another channel buff or a mix of both any suggestions will be gladly ACCEPTED.
