Game bug

so i get into qeue and i cant ban a champ so it says i dodged but i didn't and i get a 30 minute qeue dodge timer .This has happened twice today but i only got one timer but lost 20 lp because of it I'd really like it if you fixed this, it reallly annoys me and it cant be my connection my comp says it has excellent connection.
