He is twisted fates brother "foul taste" was my original name for him.

His nemesis would be shaco

He carries a cane much like gambit from x-men origins wolverine.

Okay his abilities are. ( called unknown) Q a jump about like rivens last jump but without the knock up and then on second activation he dashes with his cane out front to knock up who ever it touches. ( call Deal two ) W he throws 2 cards back to back that chase his target like yoricks ghost things. These cards also have a chance of yellow blue red or ( on ult, purple ). These cards do a lot less of the ability they do on twisted fate like 1/3 the time of stun on the yellow card etc..

E very long cool down 25 seconds or so, he smashes his cane in the ground jumping backwards doing a back flip thing stunning who ever is around his cane when he uses this ability. ( called counting cards ) R okay this is the one idk yet but I've got an idea. When activated his w becomes one throw of a ult card ( purple ) that travels to his target and teleports them to him. Shortens the range on W tho so it's not op.

When he dies he could say stuff like "The dealer bust" When he uses his ult "Dad tought us how to count cards" When he uses W "Hit em with two"

I've played for a long time. It this is my first character creation so please don't be a jerk.
