95 Skin Boost - On the rift.

AIGHT ITS TIME TO TALK ABOUT THIS

why is the ability to skin boost for 95 rp not on summoners rift... :l this needs to be a thing

on the rift and other maps all around..

I personally have a skin for most the champs I play but I see people without skin like that 5th person who doesn't have one

and I think it would be a huge team moral boost or make for a nontoxic game :D
