A kind of haunted/cursed blade champion

So, Champ idea. Some kind of haunted blade character. We'll call him the Butcher.

Q: Throws his blade. It sticks into Champions and Terrain, but bypasses champion created terrain. Long cooldown (about 16 sec rank 1), for half the cooldown the Butcher can only use fists. While using fists the Butcher deals reduced damage on auto attack. The blade remains in Champions and Terrain until the blade reappears in the Butcher's hand. If it hits terrain he only needs to touch it to pick it up, but it only reduces the 'fist' cooldown by half the remaining time. While the blade remains in a Champion the Butcher wil deal extra AA damage to that Champion, and each hit reduces the amount of time the Butcher will use fists. If terrain and Champions are missed the blade falls flat on the ground and the Butcher cannot pick it up.

W: Hands reach out in an area around the blade, dragging champions grabbed toward the blade. It is a small area, but AROUND THE BLADE. Be it in his hand, in the air, in a Champion, or in terrain. Also a long cooldown. Longer, in the 24 second range. If it is in his hand it is a smaller area. If it is in terrain it is a slightly larger area.

E: I don't know. something to aid survival against entire teams, this guy is a bruiser that can 1v1 very well. But that is only if you play your cards right. If you miss a point blank toss you've truely screwed yourself. However due to his ult and W his teamfight is fantastic. Even his W makes for great team fights. But we need survivability.

R: Whatever power is in the blade seizes the champion. His Q no longer reduces him to fists, and he can reactivate his Q (if it hit something) to emerge from it. His W range extends. His E does something. The duration of the ability increases to a cap with auto attacks.

Passive: Something to do with his auto-attack mechanic. Perhaps instead of fists he uses a noticable smaller knife. But I'm not sure on this bit either. Perhaps the passive can create opportunities to emerge from his blade, and the ultimate can be changed. The length of my Q description makes me feel like something from that could become the passive, otherwise that is an awful long tool tip.

Feedback? Thoughts?

Well, It's a beginning and could probably end up in a really nice concept if you get something for the E/Passive and the Ultimate if necessary. I however can't help you here, I don't have an idea for the remaining skills. Maybe something like Wukongs Passive for his E, where he gets more resistences the more enemies are near? Idk

For his Q, you could probably move the whole "threw his knife, so now he punches" to the passive, with maybe a small buff to compensate? Like attack speed, since he's no longer hauling around that heavy knife. On the topic of the E, maybe you could have him get a buff that changes depending on what he's fighting with, lifesteal for fists (think Bloody Knuckles), which would have the same general effect as Sion's passive, and something else for his knife, possibly a simple AD bonus. With his ult, his E could then be super enhanced, or give both benefits at a slightly higher value.
