Lunar Morgana, a suggestion

First I have to say that the Golden "wings", the head ornament, hairstyle and all-round colors are visually eloquent and compliment eachother wonderfully! Well done in that department. My issue lies with the current textures on the skirt that seem like a work in progress, it's blurry and lacks details imo.

I'd like to suggest a paint over a la traditional Chinese dresses, the colorful types if possible.
