Practice tool needs more updates!

First off, we still can't spawn RIft Herald and Baron!! Also we still are only allowed one bot, which limits a lot of testing. Yes I know we have dummies but it's not as fun and dummies can't move. I want to test stuff out with moving champs, maybe even have 1v1s with my friends at full build lvl 18, instead of just farming a 30 hour game. Also we should be allowed use of all champions!

Yes and i think it would be a good thing if RIOT would allow players to try out skins in practice tool since only a few people have PBE accounts. It would reduce the cases of players being disappointed when buying a skin that looks nice but actually isn't their style. Actually playing with it helps more than watching a YT video.
