how do you get art/music to allchat by chance?

well, I've been trying to make music for league here recently and I'm still in the making of it but when i finish it I wanted to send it to all chat (if I ever finish) I just have been running around in circles though because you keep telling me that I should put it in music art boards then when I do it gets deleted and told to put it in concepts and creations then I do then it gets deleted and told to put into art and sound so this is a little time consuming were its cutting into my creation time for I would like to know when I am finished
