how do you get art/music to allchat by chance?

well, I've been trying to make music for league here recently and i'm still in the making of it but when i finish it i wanted to send it to all chat (if i ever finish). now I'm not the best i don't have a professional recording room but I love to sing this game makes me feel so much (and that's a lot since i usually get bored with games fast, and I've played since S2. but is their a certain email address or do i send it to riot or their youtube channel? as well as I'd love to work in the music department when I'm finished with school and all even though I'd love to cook and all you know in the name of DEMACIA (XD) with a league/game themed restaurant witch if i did I'd want to know where i could open that in the best of locations that you think (in America though) because I've yet to see hear or find one in this nation but i hear about them all over foreign areas from where I live
