Mob boss Urgot

Is this still a thing or is just a teaser in the background that will never happen just like the pool party skins? Urgot is a champion that is long overdue for a new skin, i realize that there are some other champions that are above him but this has been sitting in the background since the release of Jinx, and now she is getting a new skin and so i vel koz and even braum, etc. I feel like riot has forgotten about alot of champions that dont have many skins (zac, yorick, etc..) and need new ones, What do you guys think needs to happen? also what do you guys ( and gals ) think of the concept of a mob boss urgot/ Dongot? post below
