I think I've seen this idea before but seriously, why isn't this a thing? He could dribble two balls when walking around. Fast break style dribbling when ghosted or sprinting.

Q is obviously a bounce pass (he says "think Fast!" Periodically.)

W is one of those little trampolines the mascots use.

E is a bunch of Littles basketballs that skitter around when walked over.

And of course his ultimate would be the shot "from downtown". With a satisfying swish sound or maybe even a buzzer. You could also have a "brick" sound if you hit no one.

His passive the ball would be on fire a la NBA jams.

And he would have like a bill lambeer face shield.
