Rococo Orianna please. It had MAJOR backing on the old threads. There were 7 riot posts, one of which talked about showing it to the skins team and then.....nothing. This is such a good Orianna concept I'm not sure why it is being ignored.

The only thing I ask is if Riot makes this skin, please don't butcher how creative and colorful it is. I love every part of the design. The artist does not mind at all having this concept as a skin. If you go to deviantart, on the 4th page, the artist consents.

When I first saw this concept in 2012 I instantly supported it.
I had been bumping it periodically and was happy to see that it had four posts by Riot members. It had 1,929 upvotes; I really hope that Riot can make this skin happen!
