Rococo Orianna please. It had MAJOR backing on the old threads. There were 7 riot posts, one of which talked about showing it to the skins team and then.....nothing. This is such a good Orianna concept I'm not sure why it is being ignored.

IMO the only skill that need some extra particles would be the Command: protect (E), which can have something like the Lulu's shield but with the rococo theme.
I always thought that Orianna was a princess, or a doncella and this skin fits that idea perfectly!

The Neverworld1 votesUsual Champion Skins take about 4-6 weeks, and only if the design team fully-fleshed out the concept on paper before they work on it.
Legendary ones take couple of months, while Ultimate can take about a year or even more.
Special cases like Kha'Zix or Zyra, who have complex appearances - the work on their skins is almost as creating a new Champion. They have too many effects and stuff to design. Zyra with her seeds and plants, Ultimate, her passive turret and Kha with and without evolutional parts, W, Q, E, R.. and so on.

When I first saw this concept in 2012 I instantly supported it.
I had been bumping it periodically and was happy to see that it had four posts by Riot members. It had 1,929 upvotes; I really hope that Riot can make this skin happen!
