Anso, the Pacifier. Midlane(Mage) - Mage - Secondary: Toplane -Base Stats W.I.P

Passive: Way of the Pacifist Anso is unable to use basic attacks and instead relies on spells and abilities completely, whenever Anso uses an ability, he gains a stack of Mastery. Upon reaching 650 stacks, Anso upgrades his ultimate.

Q. Eloquent Blast - 1 second cooldown (Capped) 0 Mana Anso blasts a nearby enemy unit, dealing 35/40/55/65/75/80 + (0.5 per 1Ap) + (0.5 per 1MR) + 1%/1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 of the targets' max health and applying a stack of -/Blaststruck- to the enemy and a stack of -/Boiling- to Anso - Upon reaching 6 stacks of Bladestruck, the target is stunned for 1 second - Upon reaching 2 stacks of Boiling, Anso is sped up by 5/10/15/20/30/35%. (Can target towers)

W. Pacify - 15 second cooldown (Uncapped) 110 Mana Anso links with a target for 2 seconds, if the link remains unbroken, the target is (Pacified) for 2.5 seconds. The link is broken if an enemy champions walks over it.

(Pacify: The target is unable to use any spells or basic attacks and remains untargettable for the duration, wandering around in a daze)

E. Pacifist's Punishment - 30 second cooldown (Uncapped) 55 Mana Anso channels for 1 second, if the channel is not disrupted, Anso punishes all currently (Pacified) targets for 10/15/20/25/30/35% of the targets current health. If no Pacified targets are found, Anso instead releases a tiny shockwave around him, dealing 230/260/290/320/350/380 magic damage.

R. Unstable Energy - 200 second cooldown (Capped) 150 Mana Anso descends into a rage, increasing his movement speed by 15/25/35% and doubling damage dealt by Eloquent Blast for 2/3/4 seconds.

R2. Mastered Energy - 75 Second Cooldown - 0 Mana. Anso has mastered his powers and controls them perfectly. Passive: Anso is able to use basic attacks, they deal 140(+5 per champion level) Passive: Upon casting Eloquent blast, Anso gains 5(+1 every 2 champion level) armor and MR stacking 8 times. Stacks last 2.5 seconds. Active: Anso unleashes his mastered energy, reducing the cooldown of all of his abilities by 30 seconds and doubling the damage by Eloquent Blast for 5 seconds.

When your Q has a 1 second cooldown and no mana cost and also scales you just like [zombie-brand-mindblown]

But honestly I can see it. He doesn't have an auto attack so he needs a form of damage. But even auto attacks aren't that powerful.

Seems contradictory, I won't auto attack you because of my "Way of the Pacifist", but let me deal out a "Pacifists Punishment" and just wait till I "descend into rage" and hit you with double damage on my "Eloquent Blast"! Look up the definition of Pacifist, its not the same as pacifier.

I do kinda agree that pacifier and pacifist aren't really the same thing. I like some of the ideas for the champion, but I feel like there isn't one theme, one goal for the champion to follow, and because of that, this champion's role isn't too well-defined.

I think the no auto-attack concept is interesting, because then it really moves the shift of focus towards the abilities. That means, however, the abilities have to be balanced in a way that the champion can still function as a mage and last-hit, wave clear, etc etc. Interesting idea though, make me think.
