IRELIA FUTURE REWORK CONCEPT

relia future rework ideas :D

Passive - Ionian Fervor Irelia reduces the duration of disables on herself based on whether she is Outnumbered by nearby champions. If she's in an even fight, she'll reduce disables by a small amount, if she's outnumbered, she'll reduce disables by a larger amount.

Reworked: Passive - Bladewill Irelia will no longer use mana - her resource bar is replaced with 'Will' Will is generated by Irelia when she uses her blades, the more abilities she uses, the stronger the will with her blades is. Will cannot be depleted, instead it is used to strengthen and manipulate her blades through abilities. Aditionally, Will very slightly increases Irelia's tenacity.

Mechanical Info: Irelia has a maximum Will of 500. Irelia can unlock abilities through gaining Will. Mana is converted to Will to (250 Mana - 20 Will) as a rough example. To not make T.F and other items obsolete on her, most likely decreasing her winrate by alot 500 Will will give Irelia 40% Tenacity, 250 = 20% etc.

Q. Bladesurge Irelia dashes forward to strike her target. If it kills the target, Bladesurge's cooldown refreshes and refunds a portion of the Mana Cost.

I think Irelia's Q, Bladesurge is in a perfectly fine spot right now, and it allows for some pretty flashy plays and it does not drop Irelia's cool tele-kinetic blades concept. For now I will keep her Q completely the same

Fixed: Q. Bladesurge. Irelia dashes forward to strike her target, upon killing the target, Irelia gains 3 Will and resets Bladesurge's cooldown. Bladesurge's damage increases with Will.

--

W. Hiten Style Irelia is skilled in the art of Hiten, passively giving her physical attacks Health restoration. Activating Hiten Style doubles her Health restoration and gives her basic attacks true damage.

--

Reworked: W. Release Irelia releases her blade into a target location, disabling her other abilities. Upon reaching the destination, Irelia can control the blade using the cursor, it will follow it, dealing damage to anything it passes through once. Upon killing a target or assisting in killing it within the next 4 seconds, Irelia gains 2 Will.

Comment: Irelia's rework aims to really push her unique tele-kinetic blade control character to the limits - this might seem really outlandish but I think it can work

Important - Mechanical Information: The blades will only do damage to a single target once. Irelia is self-stunned for the duration, leaving her vulnerable. This ability will have alot of damage. The blade moves at a fixed speed, so faster sensitivities will not provide an advantage. The blade deals some true damage (Keeping abit of Hiten Style, she's a toplaner afterall) The damage is increased by Will exponentially.

E. Equilibrium Strike - Irelia's attack balances the scales, dealing damage and slowing the target. However, if the target has a higher Health % than Irelia, then the blow stuns the target instead of slowing.

Reworked: E. Inculcate Irelia infuses her blades with Will, giving them percentage health damage and make them apply a stack of Bladestruck to targets hit for the next 5 seconds.

Bladestruck: This target is slowed by 1% for the next 4 seconds, upon reaching 5 stacks of Bladestruck, the target is stunned for 1+ second. This stacks infinitely.

Comment: I replaced Irelia's Hiten style with 'Release', which weakened Irelia's close range combat by alot, This ability will aim to still give her that up-close damage as well as the CC provided by the old E.

R. Transcendent Blades Irelia summons 4 spirit blades that she can fling to deal physical damage and siphon life from enemies they pass through.

Comment: Not much to say here, I do think Irelia's current ultimate does pretty well, but since this is a complete rework I decided to change it anyway.

R. Bladestorm Irelia summons a storm of spirit blades in a circle around her, following her wherever she moves, continually striking targets within it.

Haha very fun and cool concept, I wonder how you feel about the Irelia rework incoming after Swains, and it's pretty cool that they announced they would be keeping her q mostly intact like your rework ^_^
