Is Snow Day not a Snowdown Skin? I just won a Legend of the Poro King game with that skin on and didn't get the new icon for winning a game with the Snowdown skins on.... Is it not one?

Wait for 24 hours. If the icon still doesn't show up, submit a support ticket.
