Older Champions Needing Rework - Especially older ADC's

I've noticed how some of the older ADC's are having an extremely hard time keeping up with the newer ones. Example: I played Graves. I WAS countered, however when it came to the mere range the other ADC had on me, i found it unbelievably unfair. Their Support did a great job every time my support and i would focus him. I mean hell, if is there you're probably not going to touch her ADC. However, i believe Graves' range definitely should be increased. In comparison to , , , , , and Graves doesn't really have a shot. Pun intended.....
