This is how hard to change galio opness but wont happen for a while

Hmmmm where is sed script for galio damage functions. where is the number ranges for his dmaage abilitys. to change some numbers.... AHHHH here is it... change 1.5 ratio to .6 change max health to 4%. done and now he isnt bustd op. But wait they wont do that...... im so confused how it takes 2 seconds to change numbers..... but they just let it go on... nice and balanced. we cant server restart patch for one thing..... righhhhhhhht keep telling urselves that.
