he can be very hard to deal with if u dont know how.
there are certain situations where your flat out not going to win vs him unless he screws up.. you need to be aware of those and not put yourself in them.
i will certainly say he is very close to being OP. definitely skirting the line. but i don't think he has passed it... maybe he will be if the meta changes... but right now i think he is just barely under the "op" line
