Reward for High Amounts of Experience?

Recently, I hit 200k Mastery Points on a champ and 125k Mastery Points on Fiora, Fiora being level 7. (210k Fiora now)
Being level 7 and as of right now "Maxing" out a champion is cool because not many people can obtain level 7, but you can have level 7 at 50k xp or 2 Million XP (Cough 
Bot) and there is no way to tell how much XP someone has unless you check their profile.
What I was thinking was maybe once you hit a certain level once obtaining Level 7 Mastery of a champ, you then could qualify for other things:
As of right now:
Level 1 (0-1800): Nothing added
Level 2 (1800-6000): Nothing added
Level 3 (6000-12600): Nothing added
Level 4(12600-21600): Basic Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Level 5 (21600+): Upgraded Red Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Level 6 (Level 5+ 2 Rank Badges): Upgraded Purple Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Level 7 (Level 6 + 3 Rank Badges): Upgraded Blue Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
My Idea:
Level 1 (0-1800): Nothing added
Level 2 (1800-6000): Nothing added
Level 3 (6000-12600): Nothing added
Level 4(12600-21600): Basic Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Level 5 (21600+): Upgraded Red Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Level 6 (Level 5+ 2 Rank Badges): Upgraded Purple Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Level 7 (Level 6 + 3 Rank Badges): Upgraded Blue Emote, Loading Screen Badge, Screen Badge
Bonuses
Level 7 (Minimum of 100k XP): Unlocked Basic Champion Icon (Like literally just the basic splash art of a champ)
Level 7 (Minimum of 250k XP): Unlock Tier 2 Icon (Lowest Tier Skin Icon)
>Once unlocked it becomes different per each champ

Level 7 (Minimum of 500k XP): Unlock Tier 3 Icon (Second Tier Skin Icon)
Level 7 (Minimum of 1Million XP): Unlock Tier 4 Icon (Most Expensive Skin Icon)+ Mastery Skin, a skin only obtainable once you get 1Million XP+ Notification to all friends online:
"[Name] Has Achieved 1 Million Experience playing [Champ]"
Level 7 (Minimum of 1.5 Million XP): Unlock Exclusive Champion Ward
Example:
Fiora Ward will wave her sword in a lunge motion Rammus Ward will spin in place Zed Ward will clone and reappear Ashe Ward will send arrows around in a circle where there is vision Ect. Idea for the Icon, Basing it off Fiora as I am a Fiora main:
Level 7, 100k XP > Basic Fiora Icon Level 7, 250k XP > Royal Guard Fiora Icon Level 7, 500k XP > Pool Party Fiora Icon (As there already is a Project Icon) Level 7, 1M XP > New Designed Exclusive Fiora Icon
>Once receiving a higher tier Icon, you still have the other Icons too, so you have the option to pick between different skin icons as people have personal preference to their favorite skin.
As level 5 you can have as much xp as you want, and you are not required to level up to level 7, you are not awarded these rewarded until you level up to 7. After that you still will be awarded everything you should have up to your Tier.
Hopefully you guys kind of understand what I am saying, It all kind of works out in my head <3
