about the new Guardian of the Sands Rammus skin improvement

i play rammus alot, i have most of his skin i was so pumped when i heared about the new skin, as usual the concept of the skin is great but i feel that this skin could be so much more even if it means increase the price a little, most of rammus skin are 975 tier skin so if u improved on this skin that would be so great for example the ulti animations should be diffrenet than the classic with more of a desert storm kinda of visual and the recall animation should make him move alround with a sandy wind and the w could be a vivid sand shield around him, and the q i really feel it should make him elevate a bit as if he is a bout to fly, and the damance should be him fly not on the ground damn the danace could be so much greater and more epic, i'm hopping that this reach the guys that works on the skin :(
