Isaac, The Conductor of Electricity

I was thinking about what archetypes League of Legends is lacking in and I noticed that there's only one champion that utilizes electricity (Kennen), so I decided to make another champion that would use lightning.

Passive: Lightning Mark - Isaac's spells leave a mark on enemies for three seconds, causing every allied champion including Isaac to deal increased damage to the marked target.

Q: Electric Bolt - Isaac fires a short range bolt at a target, if an enemy champion is near that target, they also take damage.

W: Ensuing Lightning - Isaac uses his lightning rod to target an enemy for lightning to strike. The enemy is hit by lightning in three successive strikes over 1.5 seconds, once the last strike hits the target is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

E: Lightning Surge - Isaac uses his lightning rod to fire a huge bolt of lightning at an area that is followed by a wave of electricity that slowly spreads outward. Enemies hit by the ability take damage and our slowed, the effectiveness of this ability depends on how close the enemies are to the center when hit.

R: Lightning Field - Isaac creates a field of lightning in a large area. Three waves of lightning come down on to the field every second dealing large amounts of damage to enemies in the area. Enemies take increased damage for each consecutive time they are hit.
