Then only got an A+ despite being 26/3/10 and doing 71,000 damage, which was more than the rest of the entire team combined. Why is this not an S Rito?

Well, in a 45 minute game you got 221 CS, or ~4.9 CS a minute. Seeing as past 2:00 you have 12+ minions a minute that's a pretty bad cs score. Additionally, you placed almost 0 wards; even discounting your trinket choice you ignored buying any wards.
As you still did good the system placed you in an A+, as your damage and kda were great but your vison and csing were terrible.
