Add a patience bar to 2nd tier krugs

I am a Kayle one trick and when I play her in the jungle, it is getting very annoying where I kite the krugs camp and the 2nd tier krugs go back to heal up when I was clearly in range of the large krug's patience, but since they split into two, they lose patience and can't get as far from the camp for some reason.

Please do something about this. It's getting annoying and ruins my early jungle clear by a few seconds which can be used to walk towards a lane to gank.

It isn't really meta, no, but I main Kayle top and jungle, but even if I go lane, I take smite for Skirmisher's Bloodrazor. Dope stuff. Thanks for the bump.
