[Champin Concept] Garrett, Deaths Carrier
Garret is a 14th century rogue. He is a young man who wears a black, hooded cloak, and has a bird mask inspired from the Black plague. He grew up in the time where the plague was rampant. It destroyed his family and took the life he once knew. While his life was gone, a part of him still survived. He fights with dual daggers and bubonic powers. His daggers have curves that go back and forth on the blade.
Garrett was tainted by the plague, and now harbors a dark secret that only those at deaths gate will ever know, and only those alive will ever wonder.
Role: Assassin/Fighter
Resource: Mana
Passive: Garrett's gains 2% tenacity per level. He also takes 30% reduced damage from Damage Over Time effects (for example, teemo's shroom's).
Q: Black Metal: Garrets proceeds to coat his daggers, one tainted with the plague, the other with a poison weakening the targets magic resistance for the next 3 seconds. He stabs the target, dealing physical damage, and applies a damage of time effect, dealing magic damage.
W: Explosive flask: Garrett throws an explosive flask filled with gunpowder onto a target location, dealing low area of effect physical damage and magic damage (+ 1.2 AP)(+0.5 AD) and slowing all enemies who walk through the area. The flask remains on the ground for 5 seconds. While Garrett is inside the flasks radius, the smoke reduces the accuracy of enemies attacking him in it (Ranged or Melee), and reduces the damage he takes by 10% for a duration of 3 seconds after the flask has been broken.
E: Hands of Ash: Garret burns everyone affected with the plague to ashes. Everyone within a 1500 unit radius around Garrett who has been poisoned by any damage over time effect takes damage based upon their current health. The more critical their health becomes, the more damage they take (Based upon AP, and low base damage).
R: Garrett carries a message from death, crushing his enemies resolve. Garrett throws a flask, entering stealth, and gaining 25% increased movement speed. His next damage over time ability (character ability or summoner spell) deals damage based upon their max health and exits him from stealth. Stealth only lasts for 7 seconds, and when he exits, fears those within a 700 unit radius around Garrett for 2 seconds, and deals magic damage to everyone feared.
