Blood Moon Evelynn

Right so I may or may not have fallen in love with new Evelynn. Everything is just so fluid when playing her. So i thought why not give her a blood moon skin. At first i was thinking of giving her a loosely worn kimono and a mask that she has on her head and then puts on when she enters demon shade... But ya see the problem is that basically a naughtier version of Akali's blood moon skin so could you guys maybe help me out with the details?
