Passive: Ever-Present After being slain, Turiyu exists for another 5 secs and can use Hysteria before perishing, leaving behind a dormant body. This dormant body lasts for 60/75/90 seconds after Turiyu respawns, acting as an indestructible ward. During this time frame, Turiyu can teleport to his dormant body when he selects it. cooldown: 360/300/240 seconds

Reason: Turiyu is omnipresent. I wanted to give him a passive that gave him great map presence. If you take Teleport with it, it only gives him more. And of course, I allowed him to use Hysteria so you can better position yourself for a return.

Q: Delirium Cost: 65/80/95/110/125 mana Cooldown: 16/14/12/10/8 seconds Range: 600-950 Turiyu calls upon ocular forces to form a ring that collapses towards the center after a .25 delay, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+45% Ability Power) magic damage and slowing enemy champions by 20% for 1.5 seconds. Enemy champions caught in the apex of the ability are given a stack for Tormented Minds. Delirium’s cast range is increased when Comatose is active.

Reason: This one was tough. I tried to make an ability that felt like the word Delirium. So I created an ability that I hope would cause some panic while in combat.

W: Tormented Minds Cost: 30 plus 12/16/20/24/28 mana per second Cooldown: Toggle Range: 475-550 After a .25 second delay, Turiyu warps the area around him, dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+40% Ability Power) magic damage per second. Enemy champions inside are given a stack for every pulse they’re struck with. At three stacks, enemy champions are stunned for 1 second. Any champion hit by the center of Delirium are stunned for an additional .5 seconds. Tormented Minds becomes larger while Comatose is active.

Reason: This was to give the feel that Turiyu expanded his world from within. People inside wouldn’t be able to handle it.

E: Hysteria Cost: 25/35/45/55/65 Mana Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Range: 600-425 Turiyu dashes in a targeted direction, after .5 seconds, the rest of his body catches up dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+60% Ability Power) magic damage to any enemy champion caught inside. If Tormented Minds is active, Hysteria’s flash distance is shortened in addition to a 80% reduced cooldown. While Comatose is active, enemy champions caught in the area between dashes are feared for 1 second.

Reason: I wanted to give the feel of a horror film. When the character sees something and it flashes from side to side getting closer, or like the Twitcher from the Dead Space series.

R: Comatose Cost: 130 Mana
Cooldown: 110/90/70 seconds Range: self Turiyu leaves leaves his body for 8/12/16 seconds. 80% of all damage taken in his spirit form is transferred to his dormant body. If Turiyu’s dormant body falls below 10% of his maximum health, he returns to his body. If Turiyu’s dormant body suffers any hard crowd control abilities he returns to his body with a 50/65/80/95/110 (+30% Ability Power) shield.

Passive: Turiyu gains additional movement speed while in spirit form.

Note: With the exception of ignite, summoner spells do not affect Turiyu’s spirit form, instead his dormant body is affected by them. This is so if you want to use your ult, you can teleport your body to a safer location. But exhausting turiyu’s spirit form will only exhaust his dormant body and so on.

Reason: This is what sparked the entire champion concept for me. This is an ability that makes sense for a being that dwells in the realm of dreams, in my opinion of course. I pretty much had to come up with a kit that compliments this ultimate.
