[Champ Concept] The Dark Impulsor

This champion is supposed to be a constantly roller-skating teenaged "piltie" boy named Nyes with a split-personality. One personality is cynical, laid-back, neurotic, and self-deprecating while the other one is rowdy, loud, talkative, arrogant and spunky. Nyes has been split since birth but only recently learned to let his two halves take turns.

The concept name "Dark Impulsor" refers to his role as an unusual support who wields one magically imbued baton that fires out magical blast of energy to empower his allies and debuff his foes. His small wand device summons the darkness in the heart of his enemies and his allies with a single blast.

Nyes obtained the wand when he was mistaken as a blackmarket dealer while walking home. As the transaction was being made, a large fist suddenly crashed through the alleyway in clouds of billowing steam. The hand subdued the blackmarket dealer as Nyes ran in the opposite direction with the tool.

[Umbral Drive] Passive: Every 15 seconds, Nyes next auto attacked becomes empowered and deals bonus damage equal to a % of their current health and then summons an evil thrall that reduces that targets armor for 10 seconds. ** [Ominous Oomph] Q Passive:** Nyes wand stacks 30 charges while he is in the Fog of War. When he appears before an enemy, his next ability does bonus magical damage and fears them for 1 second. ** [Stirred Volition] Q**: Nyes aims his wand (channeling for 1 second) and fires a slim skillshot that passes through targets and widens into a cone as it travels dealing light damage. When it hits an ally their auto attacks do bonus magical damage but when it hits an enemy the enemy is slowed by 80% for 2 seconds. ** [Restive Field] W**: Nyes converts his wand's magical blast into a focused energy that shields an entire area for 4 seconds. Any allies under the shield gain a decaying shield, boosted health regen, bonus attack speed, and a very large amount of spell vamp & life steal. The field shrinks in size over time. Any enemies in the shield have their vision reduced to the fields shrinking range.

FAVORITE SKILL [Skate n' Bake] E: Nyes activates the turbo thrusters in his skates and dash forward leaving a trail ofs moke. After the dash, Nyes gains 80% more movement speed for the next 7 seconds while still trailing smoke, hitting a wall while cause him to ricochet in the opposite direction with a dash and resets the movement speed buff and smoke trail. The smoke trails burn the enemy and blind them for as long as they stay inside.

While in this state, Nyes wand emits a particle effect that gives his allies movement speed and grants him bonus MR and Armor.

[Impulse] R: Nyes directs his wand at an enemy champion and awaken the demon within them. For the next 20 seconds, this enemy champion emits a destructive aura around them that damages their allies for a % of their missing health in true damage. This skill is made to turn around teamfights, and isolate one enemy to pick off. If Nyes uses the ability on himself (only other target besides enemies) he gains the same aura but it only damages enemies while boosting his allies movement speed.
