Guess what? Neither does the majority. GASP! I know!
There is a VERY small fraction of the League Players that actively use the Forums. It's a shame, but that's just how it is.

We don't. Riot pays little attention to the forums because it never represents a majority of the playerbase. Unless a majority of the players starts using the forums actively, we will never know. Its too much of a gamble.
Neither side of any argument can use the "But the silent majority tho!" Argument because Noone knows what the silent majority thinks.
Because they're silent. Thats why Riot doesn't pay attention to the forums, because thats not where accurate information can be gathered.
However the surveys that they send out every now and then (Both in-game and through email) tend to collect much more information from a larger percent of the playerbase. I'd assume that them having not returned soloQ and done little about Dynamic Q means that the information they have gathered actually points towards Majority support.
Hell, you could even argue that the reason the silent majority is silent is because they are content with the game as is and have no reason to go onto the forums to complain. Which would explain why the forums is always a sea of salt and complaints because the only people with reason to go there are those with complaints.
