Nah, i actually like this one a lot.
Plus you should be grateful they are doing this at all. I never expected them to actually make this skin.
Although it is true from Riots prespective it would be too distracting due to the overlapping effects. Not only that but the skin costs 1350 RP. Such ult suits more of a legacy otr legendary skin like Omgea Squad Teemo's ult, which is one of the best ult effects in game imo.
