Vladimir needs a nerf!

The fact whenever I happen to lane against a Vladimir , I am stopmed on. It is very non entertaining to play a game ment for fun when I lose all the time to this champion. I think Vladimir should be based on somthing other than Spell vamp, it's way too cheap. I think vlad needs some kind of nerf to where Ap or Spell Vamp scaling is lowered so he doesn't dominate from level 1. Well this is my thoughts on this, I hope someone agrees with me, if not it's cool.

Vladimir is not very strong early game, Your playstyle might need adjustments

Dominate from level 1?

Till level 6 he's at least a punching bag, you have to take advantage of his early game and just know how to counter him, deny him farm, it's difficult to farm with Vlad till he gets some AP behind him. If you're picking someone like Jax, you might want to think about countering him with someone else.
