The fact whenever I happen to lane against a Vladimir
, I am stopmed on. It is very non entertaining to play a game ment for fun when I lose all the time to this champion. I think Vladimir should be based on somthing other than Spell vamp, it's way too cheap. I think vlad needs some kind of nerf to where Ap or Spell Vamp scaling is lowered so he doesn't dominate from level 1. Well this is my thoughts on this, I hope someone agrees with me, if not it's cool.
Pick someone with a hard gap closer, and push his lane to turret. He's very fragile early on, he doesn't have the early CC and damage to do much in a gank, and has a hard time farming under turret since his auto attack is terrible.
He's the definition of a bully, he picks on you but can't back it up in a straight fight

...Just play Riven, or Nasus, or anyone with a targeted gapcloser.
If you go, say, Nasus, just rush a spirit visage and then whatever you want, since that nullifies Vlad completely. If Riven or an all in, just all in him at level 2 and watch as he either dies or puddles. Then repeat until he has to leave lane or die.
Vladimir is not OP. If he needs to be nerfed just because you can never beat him, then shouldn't all champions be nerfed because I cannot seem to win against any champion my diamond friend is using? And, really, Vladimir can be countered quite effectively. While you do need to target him specifically, he can be countered.

Are you even talking about The champion Vladimir? Or are you trolling or down right crazy? He can be powerful but there are so many was to shut him down and level one is his WORST honestly one of the weakest pre 6 champion in the game with almost 0 cc (He lacks any hard CC)...and you want to nerf him????? This post is just absurd.....
I think they need to change the kit of all the health based ability champs besides zac. The Point of health based casting is so the lose health when they cast abilities not gain it back. Especially Vlads kit "untargetable, AP burst tank" come on riot doesnt that seem a little farked?
