Pre-Void Rek'Sai?

Was browsing champion skins earlier, saw Pre-Void Kassadin. Why can't we have Pre-Void Rek'Sai? Or would that create a completely new champion?

Rek'sai is a creature from the void. That is where she was born and where she grew.

Kassadin was a human before his exposure to the void.
