RIOT plz give other servers a way to earn the rift duck and rift frog

They are just so good, the duck one was released on the brazil server as part of an event similar to the 2014 pool party event and the frog one hasnt been released anywhere as far as i know. PLEASE make an event where we can get or buy them, i honestly would pay 2000 IP for the duck icon no joke.
