I remember seeing this. It was okay, but I don't think he fits the Project theme.
Looks cool but i really want riot to focus on other problems. I know the skin department is seperate from them, but seriously, maybe the skin department should look into balance ideas now XD

Well made from an artists point of view, but I don't want Teemo to get a Project skin.
When I think about Project, then Ghost in the Shell in the first thing coming into my mind. And it would kinda ruin the fantasy for me if suddenly a hamster becomes one of the cyborgs in this story....
Project should stay an exclusively human skin line for me. So possible candidates for this skin line for me are:
