Skin Idea: Rocket Twitch: Lunar revel inspired

So, Twitch is holding a crossbow, but the points on the crossbow are tips of fireworks. His flask could maybe be filled with gunpowder that spreads on the ground, but is not combustible. His venom stacks change to combustible stacks, and when he uses his expunge, there will be a sharp flash as the gunpowder ignites for a second. His basic attacks fire little firecrackers, but his rat-a-tat-tat ultimate fires big rockets. His stealth will be normal for the most part, but when he exits stealth, his crossbow sparks like the tip of a sparkler.
