New skin idea: Conductor braum

Ok, this is pretty much a legendary skin idea with all the changes, but bare with me. replace his shield with the front of an old steam train, the one with the snow plow looking front. Give him a conductors uniform and hat. When he throws his q, it should be a train engine, and when he jumps to an ally, he should make the noise they make when they change tracks. When he throws up his shield, make the plow bigger, as well as bring down two "no crossing" bars with the "ding ding ding" sound. For his ult, he jumps up and throws down a train track with a poro riding/driving a steam train, it leaning out the window with it's tongue flopping.
