Idea for the next PROJECT batch.
PROJECT: Birdpeople. Ever since the last batch was announced and neither Talon or Quinn, some of the most requested champions for PROJECT skins, got anything again I've been thinking. I believe Xayah and Rakan are good candidates for PROJECT and Program skins respectively, Xayah being all about that rebellious attitude against their opressors and Rakan all about entertaining (could have a role similar to Program LeBlanc) before being picked up by Xayah, it would lead to a nice story where a PROJECT somehow falls in love with a Program. Then again two problems with this is many people don't really care about lore-based skins as evident by the last batch of SG skins, and the fact that no matter how human you try to make Xayah by giving her normal legs a lot of her animations still have the "bird pose", so either a lot of them would have to be changed which really isn't new to epic skins or they could get creative and give her long fall boots or something, as foor the ears they could be simply part of the hood.
And lastly we'll adress the elephant in the room: "That's only 4 skins". It could to either way, pick another bird-person or just go the Warwick route and do something different to the rest of the batch, but I've been thinking a lot about it and I think I'm finally on to something. To keep the theme of this batch I thought what other birds were in the game. Azir could probably be a better for for a PROGRAM, he summons helper robots to his aid acting as some sort of leader. Then there's Anivia, again probably a better fit for PROGRAM and acts as some sort of seemingly timeless overseer. But the problem I had with those from the start is that Lissandra already fulfills both those papers, of course they could just be made "lower ranked" or something but I'm not so sure of that, then moving on to the last bird person there's Swain.
For days I could not think of anywhere he could fit, would he be a PROGAM? A PROJECT? What would his birds be? But after hours of thinking about it it finally hit me: Make him the leader of the PROJECT Corporation. He doesn't need to have some fancy spandex suit or be a green robot to fit in the universe, here's my idea for him: For the main outfit I'm not so sure yet, but he would probaly look good wearing semi-formal clothing, his coat is just a normal overcoat. He has tiny bird drones all around. His face has some blue augmentation line patterns and his eyes are blue and uncanny, his demon hand is replaced with a robot hand of course. His Q shoots bolts of electricity, his W and passive extracts data from his enemies' cyberbrain, his E is either a robotic hand raising from the ground or him sending out some "digital" looking hand like that of Program Lissandra, I prefer the latter. And last but not least his R, probably the hardest to think about and I'm not even sure what to think of it yet, but he basically becomes overcharged and shows some of his more unstable augmentations. I think this concept has potential and if done well it could be one of the best looking skins in the line.
TL;DR - PROJECT CEO Swain. Augmentation god. PROJECT: Talon. Part of the PROJECT Team. PROJECT: Quinn and Xayah. Part of the G/NETIC Rebelion. Quinn has a bird drone and Xayah has long fall boots. Program Rakan. Can a human fall in love with a self-aware AI?
