Evelynn rework and concept of a future Christmas skin

Dear Riot, The new rework has just been released into the game and I have been trying to main her. I feel like the new concept of evelynn is really cool and amazing but she isn't really that useful in the game. After her q and e have been used and she doesnt have ulti she really cannot do anything while they are on cd. I am hoping you take this into consideration because I really want her to be a good champ but the rework didn't bring the full damage needed to make her better. I feel like the abilities were good but she needs a big buff and much more damage too bring the rework to what it should be.

Also, Christmas is coming up and I have thought of a really cool skin for the holidays. She could have a wrapped gift on her back and her two tail things could be the two ribbons that wrap the gift. Thanks, Riot. I <3 u guys.
