Hextech Crafting Bug

Hey!! I just rerolled 3 of my skins in hextech crafting and got festival kassadin. However, it says i do not own the skin but it even shows that i got it in purchase history and that it isn't refundable because I got it as a skin permanent. Can i get my skin back? lol I also had already owned kassadin so it did not go back into hextech crafting. Please help.

You're not supposed to get the skin back. If you have the champ it automatically adds the skin to your collection - that's what the reroll risks. If you don't have the champ, the skin stays in hextech crafting.
