Dashin, The Legendary Archer
Long ago there was a story about a great hero who had saved many towns from destruction. This hero has not been seen by many people, and because of this he has been named the mystery hero. This hero does every thing in the shadows, and people have seen this hero wielding a bow and arrow. So after many more towns being saved by the hero, there was a sneak attack on the biggest town in Demacia by the Noxians. The Noxians made an announcement to the hero because every time the Noxians would try to raid a town he would always ruin it for them, so they wanted to execute the hero. If he didn't show up, the Nnoxians would kill a hostage every hour that he did not show him self. Because the hero didn't want anyone to die, he showed his self to the Noxians, and the people of Demacia begged the hero to saved them. And the great hero had pulled out his bow and started to attack the Noxians rapidly with great speed and power. After many battle scars, he had destroyed all the Noxians, and he had walked away... and disapeared, waiting for the right time to show up again.

Dashin locks on to a enemy champion rapidly shooting arrows at the enemy while being free to move around, Dashin also gains 10% bonus attack speed, dealing 20 Dmg per arrow for 2 seconds(recast ability to cancel early). (+70% of maximum attack damage)

Dashin gains great movement speed, attack speed, and attack damage for 3 seconds.

Dashin goes invisible under 2 seconds, Significant Speed can be casted during Shadows.

Dashin shoots hundreds of arrows into the sky and targets an area slowing any one in the area, takes 1 second to cast.
Damage: 100/150/200 Mana:110/120/130 Cooldown:100/95/90
Passive: Every fourth attack, Dashin deals 50% bonus damage.
