New Malzahar skin ?

Ok so i had this idea a long time already i tried contacting riot before and i still try but with no use . I came up with this skin around season 2-3 way before DJ sona . You are asking your self how is this relevant ? Well i came up with this Malzahar skin i called it DJ malzahar , I had some old sketches which if anyone is interested to see just ask. So i thought of Dj malzahar when i was maining him i and i still do . So his Q would bring 2 speakers out of the ground and play a beat or a sound or just a melody of some sort and silence , His W would bring out a record and start spinning or a big Speaker starting to play music i haven't decided which one would be better his E would put headphones on the target and the affected target would where headphones , if its a minion it would start kinda play a muffled tone like someone is listening to music and start vibrating a bit , if its an enemy champion they could start hearing music . His R was difficult to think what it would be but there could be 2 cords connecting him to the target and the target would hear music similar to the E or they could be connected by a staff ( for people that dont know its the melody lines where you wright notes ) . His passive would be like little Morphed instruments with leggs ( randomized ) liek guitars fluits etc . I know all of this sounds dumb, tell me guys if you like the idea :) !
